Your sport resume MUST include atleast the following information:
- Full Name
- Age/Date of Birth
- Address + Contact Information
- Sport(s) you compete in
- Results list for past 2 years
- Your competition + travel plans for the next season
- A short paragraph on why you would like to be sponsored by us
